Our dream is to see God's future world begin to emerge here and now through the transformation of the whole person.

Church Empowerment (horizon).jpg
  • Discipleship: The way of Jesus cannot be imposed or mapped — it requires an active participation in following Jesus as he leads us through sometimes strange and unfamiliar territory. This is why all of church partnerships are long-term.

Our Process

  • Water Source: Our model is incomplete without this key element. Freed from the burden of unsafe water, our prayer and vision is that people don’t just survive, they thrive: full of hope and the freedom to learn, love, work and pursue their God-given dreams.
  • Pastoral Training: Many rural and indigenous pastors lack the opportunity for formal education. We provide scholarships for education and short-term pastoral workshops.
  • Community Needs: In collaboration with leadership we look to help churches reach community needs through creative programming.
  • Budget Training: Many churches lack the resources and infrastructure to focus on budgeting, record keeping, and financial stewardship.
  • Income Generator: We help architect income generating projects with local churches that allow them to pursue Kingdom sized dreams.

We are committed to a process of Transformational Development

"The transformational journey is about finding and enjoying life as it should be, as it was intended to be."

The poor are largely poor because they live in networks of relationships that do not work for their well being.

The nature of poverty is fundamentally relational and the cause of poverty is fundamentally spiritual.

We must work alongside, poor and non-poor alike, helping them and helping ourselves uncover and accept our true identity as Children of God. Our journey is about discovering our true identity and vocation.

We believe our Identity and our vocation are expressed through relationships.

Our work looks to restore relationships by focusing on the whole person and entire communities. We address the physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions of humanity.

"Poverty is the result of relationships that do not work, that are not just, that are not for life, that are not harmonious or enjoyable. Poverty is the absence of shalom in all its meaning."
