We envision rural Ugandans seeing the quality of services elevated in their communities, and the lives of families being transformed through education, health, agriculture, and enterprise. Between 2025 - 2027, we will replicate our model into five new districts in Uganda—impacting a total of ten communities. We believe lasting change will come as these programs are sustained through locally generated revenue, reducing dependence on foreign aid.

Rural Ugandan communities lack access to quality social services. At the same time, these services cannot permanently depend on foreign relief. For AsOne communities to truly develop, we must provide access to quality, transformative social services through a sustainable model.
